Pre-Booking: A booking is considered "pre-booked" when you select a service, such as hotel accommodation, hiking guide, or curated tour, and initiate the booking process. The booking remains in a pre-booked status until payment is successfully processed. Pre-booking does not guarantee availability.
Payment Process: When you complete the payment process, your booking is confirmed. You will receive a booking confirmation that includes details of your reservation.
Hotel Cancellation: For hotel bookings, if you decide to cancel a pre-booked reservation before completing the payment process, no charges will be incurred, and you are not required to notify the user who made the pre-booking.
Booking Confirmation: Once you have completed the payment process and received a booking confirmation, the booking is considered final and confirmed.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
Processing Fee: A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The specific amount of the processing fee will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. The processing fee is designed to cover administrative costs associated with processing cancellations.
Timely Cancellation: To receive a refund, you must cancel your booking within the specified cancellation window, which will also be outlined in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made after the specified window may not be eligible for a refund, and you may be charged the full booking amount.
Alternative Arrangements: In the event that a confirmed hotel reservation is unable to host you for any reason (e.g., overbooking or unforeseen circumstances), we will make every effort to promptly propose an alternative hotel of comparable quality and value. If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, we will issue a refund for the hotel booking amount.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in at the hotel on the specified date of your reservation without prior notice, you may forfeit your booking, and no refund will be provided.
User Notification: We will communicate any significant changes or cancellations to you via the contact information provided during the booking process.
